Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging with tags intact within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

• Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

How to Request a Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return process.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
